The general area of car park gives a poor quality impression to the hotel entrance. External decor of the hotel is tired. The room we had which was one of the best was soul less, poorly furnished for such a generous space and had a background cleaning fluid smell which was ofputting The indoor pool changing arrangements are poor and without lockers

Shower difficult to manage. Restaurant food not cooked correctly, still frozen in the middle and obviously because it is not busy enough yet. We would have eaten more times there if the first meal had been good.
