road noise could be intrusive

The friendliness & helpfulness of staff. The sun terrace. Internet availability
Breakfast was a little disjointed - shortage of crockery, glasses , cutlery etc.
A very special hotel which we hope to return to in the future. We have stayed at the RIva several times before.

Front desk / reception staff were always so helpful.
It was all good.
Excellent accommodations in a lovely area with a beautiful view.

1.The refurbished rooms. 2. The best weather we have had in the 13 years we've been visiting the hotel!!
1.Children making a noise in the solarium. No parental control. No consideration that others might want peace. 2. Only two TV channels in English
