Near Montbazon and the R.N. 10. Coming from Tours by the nationale 10, turn at the second light on the right, in the Village of les 'Gués'. David Chartier?s refined cuisine is served either in the former orangery or on the outside terrace. Recipes are inventive as well as taking inspiration from traditional Loire cookery. The roasted pigeon breast served with a spicy pastilla, creamed almond and pistachio oil is not to be missed. |
