Portiragnes is between Portiragnes- Plage and Villeneuve-les-Beziers near the Canal du Midi. There is plenty to see and enjoy in the surrounding area. You can enjoy water sports, a boat trip on the Canal du Midi and relaxing on the beach and in the sea. You can visit the many attractive harbors, villages and towns in the area. You can also visit a local wine grower or spend a day in Carcassonne. There is plenty to enjoy at the Villa too. You'll find an outdoor swimming pool and a lovely garden. The whole family will enjoy a superb holiday in this wonderful area.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. (The deposit needs to be paid to the account of the home owner, 1 week prior to your arrival. The home owner will contact you for this)

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price. ( when you rent a linen package).

- Water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- Electricity is not included, costs EUR 0.20 per kWh

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you free of charge. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
