In a traditionnal and completly restored village. a cottage built with stones has to share the garden with the owners. Nicely decorated with quality furniture. air conditioning. and a large covered terrace open on the swimming-pool to share with the owners. Close from Barjac and near by the Gorges of Ardèche. the cottage is converted comfortably for 4 people.On the ground floor. a large room to live (30 m²) with american kitchen. living room and dining room. 1 shower room with toilet. On the first floor. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.Views over the swimming-pool and countryside.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that kitchen linen is not included in the room rate. Guests needs to bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p./stay. (package)
- Bath towels are included in the price. ( when you rent a linen package).
