The house have all the facilities you can need to enjoy a pleasant holiday between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests is required to rent them at the property.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price. ( when you rent a linen package).

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0,15 EUR/kWh (Oct-May) is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee is included in the room rate.
- Electricity fee (Jun-Sep) is included in the rental price.
