- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.

It is a 3-room terraced house of 46 m2 with 2 storeys. The house has a south-west facing position.
The living/dining room has 1 double sofa bed (130 cm), TV, DVD, and exit to the garden and terrace.
The kitchen includes 4 hotplates, micro wave, grill, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a bath/shower and toilet.
The upper floor has one bedroom room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm). The second bedroom with sloping ceilings has 1 double bed (140 cm).
The house has electric heating, a terrace of 20 m2, and a garden of 100 m2 including terrace furniture.
Extra facilities are: iron, a reserved parking at 30 m.
Please note the enclosed garden. The flat screen TV in the living room can only be used for DVD and upstairs the TV can only be used for video. The kitchen and the bathroom are reached via 4 steps.
