- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 60 euros.

It is a 3-room terraced house of 44 m2 with an east facing position. THe house has 2 storeys and electric heating.
The living/dining room has 1 double sofa bed (140 cm), an open fireplace, digital TV, and an exit to the garden, to the terrace.
The kitchen includes 3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath/shower, and toilet.
The upper floor has one bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and one bedroom with 2 beds and digital TV.
There is a terrace of 12 m2 including terrace furniture, and a barbecue. The garden is 250 m2, and has a porch.
Extra available facilities are washing machine, dryer, and iron. Please note that the house is entirely non-smoking.
