The living/dining room has 1 double sofa bed (140 cm), an open fireplace, digital TV, and an exit to the garden, to the terrace. The kitchen includes 3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath/shower, and toilet. The upper floor has one bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and one bedroom with 2 beds and digital TV. There is a terrace of 12 m2 including terrace furniture, and a barbecue. The garden is 250 m2, and has a porch. Extra available facilities are washing machine, dryer, and iron. Please note that the house is entirely non-smoking.
