Holiday Home La Maison Du Berger is located in Saint Polycarpe, 6 km from Limoux. It is a stone house, completely renovated, terraced to the house "La Bergerie du Monastere".

Guests can use the TV, washing machine and the kitchen that is provided. The house has also a open fireplace, BBQ facilities and a parking area.

For shared use there is a garden, swimming pool (15 x 8 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, 01.04.-30.10.), paddling pool, outside shower, terrace, garden furniture, and children's playground.

It is located at the exit to the village,on a mountain path. In the same area, 6000m2 of parkland and plains by a river,a there are 7 different houses that share the outdoor facilitites.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.

- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR per person.
- Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR per person.
