The residential complex has different types of attached holiday homes divided over two floors. There are homes for four people. FR-34500-15. and for six people. FR-34500-16. The holiday homes are attractively and comfortably furnished. They all have a terrace with garden furniture. Some of the six-person holiday homes are adapted for people with limited mobility.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.

- Bed- linen is included in the price.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- It is possible to rent a cot for an additional cost of 25 EUR/stay.
- It is possible to rent a TV for an additional cost of 7.15 EUR/night.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 40 EUR/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
