This is a six-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels with simple furnishings. It has a lounge with open fireplace, TV, video and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), hand-basin. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, hand-basin. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. Bath-room, shower/WC, separate WC.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm), separate WC. Electric heating. Terrace 50 m2, south facing position, terrace 8 m2, north facing position. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's highchair, logs (free).

Aigues Vives is 10 km from Sommières. 500 m from the centre of Aigues Vives, 25 km from the sea. Shop and restaurant 500 m away, sandy beach 22 km.

The house consists of an old hunting pavilion and a neighbouring building house "Les Cyprès bleus". Private: park 5'000 m2 (fenced), trees, orchard, swimming pool fenced (4 x 10 m, depth 80 - 250 cm, 01.04.-31.10.) with built-in steps. Arbour, terrace (33 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, parking in the grounds.

Please note: Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The three bedrooms on the ground floor are located in the neighbouring building. They are connected with each other, but have separate entrances (outside). The bathroom and the separate WC are reached from outside.

- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 6 euros per person.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 10 euros per person.
