The living/dining room has a digital TV, flat screen TV, stereo unit, DVD, and electric heating. Furthermore, there is an exit to the garden, and to the terrace.
The kitchenette includes 4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine with bar. There is a separate toilet.
The upper floor has one bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm) and one bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) with an exit to the balcony. In addition there is a bathroom.
The balcony and terrace have a south-west facing position. The patio is 10 m2 and has a north-east facing position. The garden is 100 m2 and has a south-west facing position. There is terrace furniture available. Extra facilities are a washing machine, and a reserved parking space number 1800. Please note: enclosed garden.
