It is a 3-room terraced house of 50 m2. The living/dining room has 1 double sofa bed (140 cm), digital TV, and electric heating. There is also an exit to the garden, and the terrace.
The kitchenette includes 4 hotplates, mini-oven, dishwasher, micro wave, and electric coffee machine. There is a separate toilet.
The upper floor has 1 bedroom room with 1 double bed (140 cm), and another bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm). The bathroom has a shower.
The garden is 100 m2, and has terrace furniture. Extra facilities are a washing machine, and iron. Reserved parking space n 1108. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
