It is a 3-room terraced house of 40 m2 on 2 levels with electric heating.
The living/dining room has digital TV and video, and an exit to the garden, and terrace. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, electric coffee machine, a combination microwave with bar. Furthermore there is a separate toilet.
The upper floor has one bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), and exit to the balcony. The other bedroom has 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). In addition, there is a bathroom.
The terrace is 15 m2 and includes terrace furniture. The patio is 20 m2 and has an east facing position. The garden is 60 m2 is enclosed and has a west facing position.
Extra facilities are a washing machine and a reserved parking space n 1780. Please note: car park space 1780.
