Located on the Butte de Caumont hilltop with panoramic views of Houlgate, this residence is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and town centre. It offers a seasonal swimming pool and a spa with a sauna and hammam.

A private balcony or terrace features in all of the houses and apartments at Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate. Each has a seating area, free Wi-Fi access and a TV with international channels.

A kitchenette with hotplates is included in the accommodation at Spa Houlgate. Some kitchen areas have a Nespresso coffee machine. The residence can also organise a delivery service for bread and pastries, groceries and seafood, available upon reservation and at an extra cost.

Free private parking is possible on site subject to availability, and guests can also visit Trouville-sur-Mer, which is 15 km away. Alternatively, the reception can help organise yachting and tennis activities in the local area.

Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 21:00.

For stays of 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability, otherwise 12:00).

Please note that the spa and the indoor pool are available at additional costs, and only to people over the age of 16.

Free baby kits are available at the hotel and must be reserved in advance.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available free of charge in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet, 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old, 1 changing mat and bathtub, 1 pushchair.

For weekly stays, the room rate includes TV, beds made upon arrival, 1 set of bath linen per person and 2 bathrobes, 2 dishcloths, 1 cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up), access to the fitness room.

A EUR 500 damage deposit will be charged for each apartment on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.

If you plan on arriving between 12:00 and 17:00, please notify the property in advance in order to arrange the collection of the keys.
