Description
Résidence Maeva La Socanelle is a hotel complex which consists of a hotel and spacious maisonettes built around 2 large swimming pools, and features a range of sports and leisure facilities.
The Résidence offers fully furnished, ready-to-live-in apartments fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and a small, furnished terrace.
The apartment rates include flat-screen TV and access to the kids' club and heated swimming pool. The kids' club offers activities for children from 3 to 12 years of age based on availability.
A number of activities are on offer during the weekend. During school holidays these include sports tournaments and swimming activities, and outside school holidays these include hiking, sightseeing and exploring the local markets.
A variety of restaurant services, including set menus, are available onsite. Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is at an additional cost.
Please note that from 15 July to 26 August, reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.  |

Sunday to Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.
If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence directly.
For stays between 2 and 6 nights, included in the price is TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except for kitchen and dishes). Arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (according to availability, they may be possible until 17:00).
For stays of over 7 nights, TV is included in the price.
Guests need to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations (tetanus, polio and dyptheria) for all children 3 to 5 years old. In case your child has not yet been vaccinated, please do so at least 48 hours prior to arrival. All proof of vaccination needs to include the date of issue.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old. This is at an extra charge and subject to availability.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from April to September.

BY ROAD

? From Paris: take the A10 motorway to Vierzon, and then the A71 towards Clermont Ferrand. Continue on the A75 as far as Montpellier. Then take the A9 (?La Languedocienne?) towards Narbonne.
? Take the Sigean / Port-la-Nouvelle exit followed by the N.139. As you arrive in Port-la-Nouvelle, continue straight on towards Perpignan / La Palme. Take the 1st road on the left towards the beaches (?Les plages'), cross over the railway line and continue to the roundabout. Go straight on, and you will see the entrance to the MAEVA site 100 m after this roundabout, on the right.
