This villa is situated in a residential area of Clarensac, has four bedrooms and is suitable for 10 persons. In the private and fenced garden you can prepare meals on the barbecue, play table tennis or swim in the pool which is opened from May upto and including September.

There is sleeping space for two persons in the living room on a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. There are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bathroom and two single beds and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a sauna and jacuzzi. It is possible to use the washing machine.

The centre is 1 km away from the accommodation. Within 2 km you can find public transport and several restaurants. There is a public indoor swimming pool in 15 km and the sea is in 35 km.
