Closeness to Nice Old Town and other shops and train station |
Noise from the street - refuse collectors come very early - air conditioning would be nice so we don't have to have windows open and hear the noise. |
| We would still come back as value and loaction is excellent. But the noise in the early morning is quite loud. |
