The Manager's handling of my complaints. He was sympathetic, apologised and offered a refund of the last night's stay. The girl - Salma - at the Reception Desk on Monday morning was absolutely terrific - however the weekend staff need training and customer service skills.

Beds not made, no fresh towels, missed breakfast on 2 occasions because of lateness in providing towels so could not get showered in time. Many requests for beds to be made and still a sloppy job done.

The location of this hotel is great however the surrounding area is seedy and there is a risk to guests coming in and leaving. The business week staff are great but weekend staff are pathetic and lack communication skills.
