Pour un h�tel dont l'emplacement est id�al, il est d�solant d'observer des chambres aussi mal entretenues.

Poor quality room, checked out after one night

Was told that we could upgrade when booking at extra cost which we agreed to. On arrival no upgrade was possible and we were not informed prior to arriving. The receptionist was aggressive, rude & unhelpful, an oriental man,
