Nice, helpful people in reception

Smelly toilet (sewage), door lock broken,low quality in every respect, but whart can you expect for that price!?

I have been told never to stay in 2 star hotels in France. I wanted to try, as I only wanted a place to sleep, but next time it will be a 3 star hotel. I will recommend if someone wants a cheap place, but not to my friends. Most of them can afford 3 or 4 star quality
