Good-sized rooms, excellent location very close to Promenade des Anglais and Place Massena

Two (false) fire alarms in one night - and the receptionist saying this was not unusual and had been set off by accident...

welcoming reception staff very nice room and very clean nice breakfast

all good at the hotel BUT the recommended beach did not give us the hotel discount. We gave them the ticket but they did not reduce the price. As it was our last day and we had already checked out, we did not complain. The staff were very good at the beach but not the older man, the patron and his wife sitting at the beach recepetion? They were not so welcoming.

a friend had recommneded this hotel, and I would also recommend it . We did however find Nice to be very expensive, this could be a problem for theresort as other places offer more for your money.
