Room sea view/ terrace and breakfast, good size room, clean bathroom and towels |
No information on reservation about the bus to take there. The walk was much longer than expected from centre of Nice - i took the long route. Breakfast could be till ten. As with most hotels the doors slam when people don't hold them. My neighbour woke me up several times with slamming door. Not quite sure why the design is like this |

Poor/non-extistant restaurant service and poor menu choice.
Poor room maintenance (door handle to bathroom falling off; shower door seal broken; room needs coat of paint). |
| Disappointing in comparison to previous visits. Standards have fallen in general.

| situation ideale et calme. La Bâtisse est magnifique c'est dommage que les rénovations et les aménagements intérieurs ne correspondent pas (mobilier bon marché). La salle de bain est correct, il manque un peu de lumière et pas de sèche-cheveux à disposition (en hiver c'est utile). |
