The view from the room and the view from the terrace. Nice ladies at the reception. |
No croissants or pain au chocolat for breakfast. Maybe there were some available early but when we got there there were no left (same thing happened 2 years ago) |
It would be a nice thing to be able to connect to the internet (to look up information and read mail). To be able to use a hotel-PC. When you go on holiday you do not want to carry your own PC with you. |

We very much appreciated the atmosphere, the location and the service. The reception staff were delightful and helpful. The view from our room 224 was wonderful. We loved the Chapel which we used everyday for meditation |
We invited friends to dine with us at the hotel
restaurant but we were very disappointed with the food it was not even acceptable it was bad. Unfortunately I have to say some dishes like the gnocci and the pasta with some sort of white sauce were not edible! We did not eat those. The sauce on the filet mignon which was part of the daily menu was unpleasant and seemed to be from a packet. I apologize for being so frank but everything else about the hotel was great and will recommend it to friends but we cannot recommend the kitchen. Unfortunately, guests to France always think they will eat at least adequately if not extremely well but the hotel restaurant was not acceptable. The terrace and the dining room are so nice it could be wonderful. |

Our lovely receptionist acted as a translator for us when we were dining in the evening as we had minimal French and the waitress had no English. |
A great price for such an ideal location. Appreciate the free car park. |
