Location was good. It was clean |
Nice updated room but no Air conditioning meant we had to go to an old room with twin beds so that we could have a window to open for fresh air (In the first room we had to open the front door onto the shared balcony facing the main street to get fresh air) |

TOUT sauf la chambre n° 110. |
chambre 110 impossible de prendre une douche aucune possibilité de réglage du mitigeur. les évacuations eaux usées obsolètes. |
| je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cette chambre.
Au cas ou mon séjour aurait été plus long j'aurai exigé une autre chambre. |

Having a sea-view room in a hotel along the beach at a reasonable price. |
The food and service in your two outdoor restaurants out front were just not very good. We were quite disappointed. |

La salle du petit déjeuner, entièrement ouverte sur l'extérieur -il ne faisait pas très chaud cette semaine-là - et à l'ameublement froid et minimaliste. |

We appreciated the location of the hotel. It was perfect for our time in Nice. However, the negative for the location is the street noise. But you can't have the view without having the noise. It was a good trade off. |
The hotel is a little dated and the rooms could use some remodeling. However for the price and location, again it was a good trade off. |
| Overall, we enjoyed our time at the Royal. The staff was very helpful. We dined in the restaurant our first night, the wait staff was very friendly and helpful. |
