The location is good. Comfortable beds. |
Very poor equipment in the kitchen. No change of sheets and towels or cleaning(6 days stay). The interior of the room could need a renovation. Only french, italian and spanish programmes on tv (exept cnn). |
Web/On spot - if you mean wi-fi connection in the hotel - I have not used it (too expensive). I would have preferred a computer in the hotel that the guests could use. The web-booking on internet was very good. When I booked the room I asked for a room that my travelpartner had stayed in before but I did not get that room (I don´t know if they even considered it). |

Quiet and nice location.

Breakfast was vey simlpe compared with the price for it. |
We got new room with very good wlan after from the second day. |

The situation was good. There were friendly persons in the reception. |
There was only one toilet paper roll and when we asked more, we got just one. Usually in the hotel there are 2-3 rolls.
The price for the breakfast was too high.
We had no cleaning during our 10 days stay and it was not mentioned in your information. |
I had my doughters family (4 pers.) with me, because we spent there my 70 yrs anniversary. I was positively surprised that there was a big balcony in their room which I did not know when made the reservation. |

The location of the hotel was very good. |
1. The towels in the rooms were not changed each day. Normally, this would not be a problem, but we were not informed when we arrived!
2. It was very hot in the rooms and because there was no air conditioning or fans, the windows had to be left open at night. Because of this, there were many mosquitos in the rooms and we received many bug bites as a result! |
Because there is not any air conditioning or fans in the rooms, the windows have to be left open for some ventilation. As I mentioned above, the opening of the windows results in having mosquitos inside the room. I think it would be a wise investment for the hotel to intall screens at the window openings. This will allow your guests to open up the windows and not have any worries for any bugs and mosquitos to fly into the room. This is a relatively small investment, but will greatly improve the stay of all of your guests!!! |
